I have had some serious plumbing leak issues occur mid last year and got in touch with Marwan who was the saviour we needed. After multiple visits from other company’s and various quotes that lead to no actual results Marwan simply came in found the problems that we had and put together a good plan of attack for us to implement in order to get our bathroom back up to a liveable standard again. We had many individual tradesmen renovating our house recently, one of the carpenters who was employed to build the deck, vanished after building the frame at our front door. Unable to access the building properly we had to find somebody quickly to source the right wood and finish the deck. Mick came to our rescue and had it done within 2 days of making contact, they did a great job and we couldn’t be happier. We ended up getting the handyman to finish off all the tasks that either didn’t fit into a regular trade category or that nobody else wanted to do.He did a fantastic job and we can’t speak highly enough of these guys!

Universal Tradesman provided me with the necessary long overdue maintenance of my property. What started with the repair of rotting windows, soon became a black mould nightmare. There were water issues throughout the whole house, some I was aware of and many I was not. I needed bathrooms, a kitchen and laundry replaced. The Juliet balcony was completely replaced due to rotting. Flooring throughout the house was replaced. I needed a retainer wall, tanking and Agi pipe on a supporting external wall. There was blockage of storm water pipes. Fencing piers needed righting and underpinning. Universal Tradesman could fix it all. Marwan has many years of experience and knows what is required for all facets of renovation. He has assembled and manages an experienced team of trades who deliver high quality workmanship. Marwan has an excellent eye for design and can create solutions to solve any problem.
