What do we do?

We work in 3 divisions; maintenance, waterproofing and renovations.

The maintenance division looks after every aspect of your home’s maintenance and repairs, both internal and external, from patching and painting a scratch in the wall, to rebuilding collapsed fences. We’re also not just restricted to residential buildings – this division will also carry out repairs and maintenance to commercial and industrial buildings too.

The waterproofing division looks after internal and external waterproofing, as well as recovery and repair services for properties damaged by inadequate waterproofing.

The renovation division deals with home renovations for every part of your home. This also covers the supply of certified trades and larger home maintenance jobs which require skilled tradespeople. This includes full home painting, rendering, driveways, room renovations and conversions.

Who are we?

Universal Tradesman is comprised of experienced, team-orientated people that take pride in their work and want to do the best they can by everyone. The company founders oversee the various divisions and assist the team in the operation of the business as a whole.

Mick oversees the maintenance division, and has years of experience as a handyman. He’s also skilled in online marketing as well as furniture design and construction, and manages the company’s online presence.

Marwan oversees the rest of the work, and is in charge of suppliers and subcontractors. His extensive experience in various trades makes him a fountain of knowledge on all jobs that we do.
